If you go over to Ooredo or Vodafone, they should be able to help you out. They may ask you some questions like why you want his number. Possibly, even the police department may also be able to help you in this matter. You can check at their Head Office located near Crazy signal.

Actually I want to know one guy mobile number. I have only his QID. Now I want to contact with him. But I Don't have his number. So I want to know his number by his QID.
