Just to share update, I finally got my issue fixed.!!!

It was matter of few clicks here & ther done by the same higher offices who 5 mins before not ready to listen and was saying "I don't have system with me to check, I cannot do anything" and was telling us to go Oniaza immigration and check or come after Eid".

later my Arabic speaking friend said lot of things then he took my QID and did some checks and after and hour I got my visa.

Molten Metal: So there has been a change from your usual "3 days" which you used to tell people previously. It has now become "5 days". Why the change?

I tried typing center, but they said we can only pay and print.

But if After payment no visa come we cant help.

There is a solution for each and every situation, it is test of your patience now, please try to pass it .. . . . . .

Very sad. Also, unbelievable. How can they take payment and not give you anything in return? Talk to people who operate typing services as they may have some knowledge on how to solve this issue. These people are know as "hukumi" and they have offices all over Doha.

I went Gharafa 3 time and onaiza immigration 2 times, Captain just says we cant do anything check in Metrash and they do not listen anything.

Suggest, meet the Captain and explain to him everything. Go to him with all the information along with receipts of payment if you have any. He will help you out. .
