car km chanced with previous owner

hello everyone i have a issue and need your help. I had a car i bought it 1 year ago. 154k km . now car is 174k and i brong it to nissan service they said me maintanence was 2021 car was 265 km . i recognize previous owner played with km. anyone advice me next step i will go police and what is that cases in qatar?
