i was not absconding but i had a court case since one year my prvious employer has also given me NOC to change the company and thatz why my sponsorship was approved

Good decision Dohaqatar2126. You just cannot win against these employers as they are very powerful and have the right connections. Many of them are just plain crooks as has been in your case. Yet with all these things taking place right under the nose of the authorities, Qatar keeps boasting about its human rights record and achievements every now and then.

@goodlittleboy I paid 12000 QAR to the CID office bcoz complaining again to the court and waiting again for a year without doing nothing would lead me to a miserable life as i have seen when i complained to the labor about salary not paid by my employer it took me 8 months to get a date from the court finally in one year i won the case in 2021 and now till 2021 DEC waiting for my salary to be deposited in my account but still nothing even though i have the court papers

finally i paid 12000 because of the same employer who had put an absconding case against me and now QID expire late fee charges which is around 5500 i will have to pay it all 17500 QR when i am without job since 2017

nothing to say best advice to anyone like me would be never do go for a court case and rules are only for us

Suggest, you first take a letter from your employer stating that he is withdrawing the case of absconder against you. The letter should be in Arabic with his signature and seal. Then go over to Human Rights and tell them of your situation. I don't expect much from them but believe they will ask you to the Sharia court. You can file a case in the Sharia court but I don't expect them to give a verdict in your favour. The only way best for you is to settle the matter by paying the amount but before doing so, have the ID expired fee paid by your sponsor.

At the end, all I can see is that you are in deep trouble for no fault of yours.

@goodlittleboy thank you for your kind advice my old sponsor came along with me to the CID office and he told the CID office that he wants to take back the absconding case against me but the CID said no its one year since the date you made and now this employee has to pay 12000 and only then his new company can get him a new QID i am afraid of the cases bcoz from 2020 the whole year till 2021 feb i was at home without job bcoz the court had not given me date for the case and finally after one year and 3 months the result was on my side

i showed the CID court papers but they said these papers say that your old employer has to pay you your pending salaries that z all

Suggest you file a complaint with the National Human Rights Committee. They may help you out by calling your previous company people. They will also advise you of the steps you should take to get yourself out of the problem. Possibly, you may have to lodge a case against your employer at the Sharia court.

I guess your employer is misusing the rules of absconding as it does not want to see you working in Qatar.
