Kabayan need help po. My mother is here for family visit visa, done with medical exam at the MC for extension of visa. Now the problem is, pinabalik cya for repeat of blood test and advised us to wait for 7 working days for the result. After 7 working days, inadvise ulit na mag repeat ng blood test after 4 weeks that means pa 3rd time na. Hindi po namin ma extend ung visa nya since hindi pa cleared ang result ng test nya, ok naman po ang X-ray, sa blood test lang pinarerepeat. We have kabayan there na iniquire namin regarding this since her visa is valid only till sept 6 dahil august 6 sya dumating dito. Sabi nya hindi daw po kami magbabayad ng penalty dhil bigyan kami ng MC ng certificate na ipapakita sa Immigration? Tama po ba un? kasi sabi nya d daw cya sure pero un daw ang sabi sa kanya duon.

Meron na po bang nakaranas ng ganitong sitwasyon? Baka may makakatulong po sa amin para ma confirm at paano ang dapat gawin sa ganitong situation. Ano po sa tingin nyo dapat namin gawin. Maraming salamat po.
