Tanong ko lang po, posible ba na magkamali minsan ang nag rereading ng water & electricity consumptions? Kasi po itong last month ng October eh halos triple ang inilaki ng bill namin na babayaran.

Kung sakali man, kanino mo dapat ifollow up ito? Wala kasing kwenta ang customer service ng Kahramaa eh.
