Gandang araw po Q'lers,

I have search on the previous posr regarding family visa requirements.. and one of the requirements is that, yun pong documents (e.g. Marriage Certificate, birth certificate) should be attested by concern embassy and the Ministry of foreign affairs (MOFA). Gusto ko lang po sana malinawan kung ano po ibig sabihin nito.. I aleady have a copy of our marriage certificate with red ribbon at pinakita ko na din po ito dun sa qatar embassy sa pilipinas at kanila na po itong tinatakan. Ano pa po ba dapat kung gawin? kailangan ko pa po bang dalhin itong aming marriage certifacate sa Philippine Embassy natin dito at sa Mininstry of Foreign Affairs? What would be the process just in case I need to bring it to concerned authorities?
