What engineering degree is the best in Qatar?

I'm interested in studying for a bachelor's degree in engineering, in a good university in Education City. My interest lies mainly in Mechanical Engineering, then Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Engineering in that order - but I am open to the possibility of switching fields if one provides a better foundation than another in the changing dynamics in Qatar. In terms of scope, opportunities and personal satisfaction what degree, in your opinion, would be the most suited for a starting future in Qatar?

I would be grateful if anyone could shed light into the pros and cons of each degree in context of the future prospects! Jk
