Yes, I agree, this school has very bad reputation with its staff, never do the mistake of joining this school, or else you will regret it, its a nightmare for teachers, IQRA slogan is work harder for us...our reward is No Pay for your work. they dont pay for holidays or even for work during holidays. Totally Unprofessionally managed school Stay Clear out of it.
I suggest you should not Join Iqra English School. A friend of mine used to work there. She told me that their CEO and other admin staff treats their teachers as Maids and Cleaners. She and other staff was asked several times to lift heavy cartons and furnishings to arrange the school. There is no cleaners and men available to help. Plus their behavior is not friendly at all. They asked newly appointed teachers to work on saturdays and also in late hours. These people are typical business minded people who treat their skilled and professional staff as low grade laborers. Their CEO is a British lady who actually an ex employ of Al Maha school. She was thrown out of that school because of her unfriendly behaviour.
