Hmm, sentibhim, I guess as ICE is a construction material for Inuits it wouldn't be too suitable in Qatar ;o)

Our construction field use Basic construction Material is Cement Grade 43,53 and OPC ,SRC type, sand ( Wash,Dune,) Aggregates( Gabro and Basalt),Steel( Mild, High yield),Block ( 10 cm ,15 cm ,20 cm+ OPC , SRC+ Sandwich Insulation, Clay , Insulated ).
