It is difficult to get this retrospectively. First contact you ex employer and ask for a letter of good conduct in Arabic. Then contact the British Embassy (good luck with that) and ask them to process a certificate. They will need a copy of your passport, all pages and your cancelled RP page. If they are prepared to do this, you will need to contact the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (they have just moved to a new location near Gulf Cinema) and arrange for the certificate to be verified and CEID stamped. Much easier if you have a friend in Doha who would be prepared to do this for you.
Please check with the Embassy as I haven't dealt with them since June so it may have changed and post any updated information here.

The last time I checked with the British Embassy and FCO, there was not a process to do this after leaving from the UK any simpler. However, I haven't dealt with them for a while so do check my advice with them first.
Lastly, if you are ever going to apply for Enhanced Disclosure in the UK, to work with children, vulnerable groups etc, it is so important to have this certificate. Without it you will struggle to get clearance.
Good luck and please post on here how you get on, it is always good to know the most up to date information. JJ

Send an e-mail request to Ministry of Interior. You can find their contact information on their website. A friend of mine got it this way.
