If you are an absolute beginner, you might be interested in the Rosetta course as mentioned by the previous poster, or Pimsleur Spanish. I believe these courses teach the Latin American pronunciations. Just look them up on the internet.
There are also some other good websites that can help you, such as http://www.notesinspanish.com , which has free podcasts for beginners up to intermediate/advanced. This one uses 'Castillian' Spanish (the way it is spoken in Spain).
