Are there any colleges that offer CA course here in Doha? If so what would be the fee structure?

My sister has completed her 12th grade in India and is planning to study CA in Doha because my family is here. So I want to know if there are any colleges that offer CA course.
And my sister did her 12th with science background so she needs a proper coaching for writing the CPT (Common Proficiency Test) exam. So is there any Institution that provides the coaching? She can at least do the coaching here if college is not possible.
Can anyone please help me out!
