I teach English on Skype. I have a student in Qatar. Can anyone suggest how I could publicise my services in Qatar and the UAE? Are there forums, like this one, which accept advertisements? Which newspaper would be best for a classified advertisement? Which is most likely to be read by people interested in learning English as a second language? For obvious reasons advertise in arabic newpapers, rather than english.
