The water was was available here in bottles sealed in Makkah and shipped to Qatar.
On another important note, the correct and official spelling of the name of the city is "Makkah" and not Mecca. There is a difference between the two spellings -- and it is a major one.
While people all over the world have happily accepted and incorporated the change in names of various countries such as Burma, Ceylon, Formosa etc. and cities such as Rangoon, Dacca, Bombay, Madras, Calcutta, Peking etc. they simply r-e-f-u-s-e to accept and change over to the official name of Makkah. I don't think you will be able to find any now. However, try some shops at Souk Waqif. ZamZam comes in company-sealed bottles.
