Souq nabina had a few shops that sold copied games.I don't know if they still do it.give it a try.
in stores here in Qatar are PAL.
Of course you will find some NTSC but they are "rare to be spotted".
On the other hand what do you mean by "cheap"??? You mean like copy games??
