where can i fined fuel for my spirto lamd (fetela) ?

i have small (fetela) i coudnt fined any english name
but i use it to make coffee it needs fuel in my coutry we use red spirto for it but here in doha i coundt fined red spirto even no body knows it , i bought some fuel bottel from hayber market but its makes black smkoe so i need fuel i can use to my spirt tool which not makes black smoke
i hope you got what i have by the way its very pepular in Egypt to make coffee and tea its heating tool but not by power its by fuel
