Does anybody know the exact meaning of the word? I request the help of my Arab and other Arabic speaking brothers and sisters.

Thank you so much, well in advance.

Al Meera is a Hypermarket chain. Obviously it has something to do with food.

I believe it means the food itself which is consumed. consumable food or body's fuel.

and it also means, the food , or the person who bring the food to you ( the supplier), see below in Arabic

وفي بعض الكتب يقولون معناها الذي يقدم لك الميره والميره هي عباره عن سفره الاكل يعني الشخص الذي يوفر الطعام ويؤمنه لك

ولكن هنا المقصود في معنى هذا الاسم حسب رأيي هو ( الشخص المؤمن والموفر لك ماتحتاجه من اغراض

I found this on the internet. But i need to know what it means in the Qatari context. Thank you.

"The girl's name Almeera \a-lmee-ra, al-meera\ is a variant of Almera (Arabic), and the meaning of Almeera is "aristocratic lady, princess".

The baby name Almeera sounds like Elmeera, Almeeria and Allmeera. Other similar baby names are Ameera and Almeena.

Almeera is an uncommon first name for women and an equally uncommon last name for both men and women. (1990 U.S. Census)"
