yes ozzy i already have 2 mobile phones and 2 sim cards. one roaming sim from my country and qtel sim. then i have 2 spare mobile phones for safekeeping :D
I think eventually the Doha market will be alot like other markets, Egypt for example. While QTEL will target local qatari Clients, Vodafone may target expats with lower international call rates, family packages...in the end, it all depends on your daily usage.

i will subscribe with Vodafone too and maintain my QTEL sim. i will observe both.
the ISD rates in Qtel is quite high, maybe if there is any depletion of rates in Vodafone, it can be a good choice.
