Very Poor delivery by Home Center Al Sadd
I placed an order for couple of furniture at Home Center and they gave me a delivery date. In the invoice they mentioned, I will get notification at least 2 days in advance. Even on the date of delivery there was no call from Home Center. When I called their call center on number 800 4663, first the call center guy took my details and told me he will call back. However when he didn't call for more than an hour, then I started calling them on this number. Now either I was put on hold or the call center person was disconnecting my number. I don't know why they promise delivery when they can't fulfill their promise. I give o out of 5 to their customer service.

What did you expect, customer Service doesn't exist here. All you get is shite!
It's perfectly normal for Qatar. They don't even know how to spell customer service.
