Is there an ATM in Doha that will dispense Euros or US Dollars (USD) for HSBC customers? The Doha Bank is supposed to offer this feature at their ATM machines, but not one of the machines alleged to have this capability actually works, including the one at the main branch on Grand Hamad.

Ahli bank ATM opposite to Starbucks on the 1st floor in the City Centre dispenses US dollars.

Commercial bank ATM inside the departure area at the airport dispenses Euros, US dollars, UAE dirhams.

Some IBQ ATM's (like one in Lulu centre) offer cash withdrawal in USD. Never tried though, but saw an option.
