Is there any office or center in Doha responsible for ensuring Consumers' Protection/Rights?
Have you ever felt feeling excited, can't wait to reach home... to enjoy the item you just purchased, especially, when it's reportedly to be the "last stock on sale when it's normally costly..."? Only to find out, there's a defect in the system of the unit and was NOT reported to you by the sales person?
And now, you are faced with some hassles and inconveniences expressing your disappointments back to them...only to get in return with some "feeling of uncertainty" on possible REFUND not only because of the defective item but with the issue on the non-disclosure of the item's condition during the time of selling by the sales person as well.
This is just a general overview of what am going thru right now... and I want to know if there's any center or office here in Doha I can call and/or go to who takes care/actions on ensuring the welfare of consumers... like you and me.

from my experience the only course of action you have is to vote with your money and make it clear to the manager of the store that you will never be spending any more money there. If more people voted with their hard earned money then maybe we would start to see better consumer rights and customer service.

as far as i know there is a department deals with this cases ...but i do not know the contact details ..if you make some search in the QL may be u will find something or info
