Small plain paper shopping bags with handles?

I'm organizing a Halloween party for toddlers and need small paper shopping bags with handles -- basically like small gift bags but solid color (no designs/patterns).

Any idea on where to get them? In terms of size, I'm thinking definitely smaller than an A4 piece of paper.

I found some that will do in Al Rawnaq. They're a tad too big and I'll be introducing bright green as a Halloween color, but hey, they'll work!

how bout those small clear plastic bags, like the one they use in supermarkets when you buy fruits & vegetables? are those also available in Rawnaq & Ramez?
