I`m thinking of buying a laptop, to be more spesific an alienware (www.alienware.com).

These are very costly in my home Country (Norway), so I thought i take advantage of my stay in Qatar.

Is there Tax on buying computer and/or related stuff from abroad and shipping it into Qatar? (Tax is the reason its so expensive in Norway)
If there is, how much is it?

4% tax of the price of the computer? Damn, i can live with that. In Norway its 25% tax :(

Don`t worry, oil/fuel is so cheap here that i would not dream of taking some extremly high priced oil from Norway when i can get it here 7-8 times cheaper ;)
