Search & Follow-up department - directions?

Not sure if it fits under the category of shopping, but thought I'd give it a try!
I need to go to the Search & Follow-up Department to remove a claim on a runaway housemaid. (We are meeting her current sponsor there so he can remove the claim, enabling the transfer of her sponsorship to us.)
I have heard that it is very, very difficult to find. Can someone give me detailed directions on how to get there?

you know salwa road .when you go towards Kingdom of saudi arabia road or route you can find search and follow department on the right side of the [email protected]
I'm looking for very specific directions. I've heard it is very difficult to locate.
