Regarding possible scammer in MECADEALERS

The below ad is a possible scam.... I inquired and wasn't given anything but the price. I was told to western union the money and when I said I would prefer to paypal, they said they no longer offered this as someone used a stolen paypal account and that I could Moneygram the money "if I had a walmart near me". Now, they list a Qatar number but I suspect this is fraud because I probed for other ways I could pay and kept getting stonewalled. BEWARE of this company. If anyone reputable has had any experience with this company please feel free to rebut but I myself am wary.
