Purchasing cellular My/Fi

So I need to purchase one of those cellular wifi things that provides pay-as-you-go internet access via wifi. Ooredoo sells one for 1200, but I can buy a sim card and use anything that will work, and I'm guessing that the Ooredoo price is higher than some other store. Should I just check Carrefor, or is there a better place to go for electronics of this sort?

I found a Huawei mobile hotspot at Lulu's for 400, so I'll try that out.
