Are there any prize control here in qatar or they can sell any prize they want.
NO control over prices in super or hyper markets, if u feel that prices are high, u can go to other hyper markets where the prices are low, may be the quality of the product too matters sometime.

The prices in Lulu, Carrefour etc. will be either same or closer to be competitive in the market. Smaller supermarkets will be buying many items from Lulu and Carrefour and reselling them in their shops at higher prices. If you are shopping in small grocery shops it will be more expensive.
