Possible to recycle plastic grocery bags?

I rather stupidly put my cloth/reusable shopping bags in our sea shipment, so in the past two months I have accumulated an embarrassing number of plastic grocery bags.

Is there anyplace to recycle them? I know they can be used for rubbish bin liners and the like, but I simply have too many to be hanging around the house.

Any thoughts?

i use it to pack all glass things and crafts in home where i pack it to send to my home land it works and protect much better than news paper also you may give for some small shops to use it , u can make some crafts to use it us wall to make small carpers "mat" in front of home

long time ago my grandma use to do it for small carpets in-front off home small carpet for picnic etc.
