I have a panasonic Lumix Digicam - DMC-TZ11. It was under warrenty , but i don't have the warrenty card / bill, so can't claim it.
The problem is I get this message all the time I try to use the camera, "Please turn camera off and then on again" after a couple of seconds. Also the lens extends full, and gets stuck even when i try to put it off. Anyone knows how to fix this problem or what is causing the problem?

Don't try to fix it yourself. Rush it to your nearest service center and have it checked out. If it's broken, let them fix it. I think it's just a software problem, so the fee may be small.
