Looking for Item: Face Mask

I'm looking for a "Face Mask". The mask is quite different from your normal "surgical mask". The item I'm talking about is that the mask is made of cloth or cotton itself, the mask can also be of different color (patterned or any plain color).
What I want to ask is where can I buy one? I've tried looking at "Pharmacies" but the only available item is the "Disposable Surgical Mask".
I would like to hear your feedback, in regards to the location to where to buy the said items. I would really appreciate it.

The thing is every time I'm driving back to my place, I've seen security guards and people wearing this mask. I cannot exactly stop my vehicle while in the road just to ask them.

The ones you see are probably made at home or made-to-order by some tailors. Recently, a worker from Nepal had just joined our company and he was wearing one these masks during his orientation. When asked why he continued to wear such a mask, he replied "It's a gift from my wife while I was leaving for Qatar so that I keep her in mind at all times!" 0)-
I heard Rizks makes them at home out of old lungis...
Perhaps it'll be easier to have them made at one of the local tailors - you could tell him exactly what you need

Wear the mask and protect your health. Doha is one of the most polluted cities in the world (Source: WHO).
You can order some from Amazon. I don't think you will find masks like that available in the shops - people don't wear stuff like that in this country. It's not Hong Kong.
Try at shops that sell safety items. Hopefully you can find it there.
