I-mate Ultimate 9502

Hi there,
I did place a question but didnt get any answer.. so am putting it on main forum as well in hope i might get any response.
Am planning to buy i-mate Ultimate 9502.
I've chked the net for reviews, sounds good, yet i want to know abt the device from any1 who is/has using/used it (first hand experience).
My main concerns are abt:
1. GSM Connectivity.
2. WIFI issues.
3. Softwares availability.
4. GPS
or any problem/s with the device u may have faced or any suggestions. All positive or negative views are welcome..

correct, send or call key is what I used in sending the inquiry but it's not workin...
use the green button not send
like you r doing call like this
*129# then press the green key for calling
i'm sorry, correction when inquiring about my balance i dial *129# but it didn't work... please help whoever knows on how to do it in imate 9502. shokran!
I have the same problem in terms of inquiring my balance thru dialing *1239# then send... is there any way of doing it in imate 9502? kindly share it with us...
I bought this device from Carrefour two or three days ago. I try to understand device.
But I have a few problems.
First of all, I can't call the Qtel credit information service. How can I call this services? Is there anybody know solution?
Note : I can call normal mobile numbers easy. But, I can't call like that type numbers *129# etc.
Please advice me

Well, i have been a fan of this hardware.. specially when careffour doha announced almost of qtr of price QAR 999.00.
Despite the fact that i dont have much good reviews on the usage life of battery and hang up screen etc i still want it.
The serious problem is the warranty, i was told by the staff that they will have to send it to Dubai I-mate office for repair that means no local support.
But the turning point is when i read that the imate M.E goes out of business...(ITP.net|News bulletin dated 17th Sept)
So that means no support or warranty plus availablitiy of spares will be huge problem...shall be really interested to know the response of Careffour in terms of handling the support of this product as i got the news post my inquiry with them.
Any good input in this regard is welcomed.
