Hello, yah right its hard to find the sushi japanese rice here, I just try the ordinary egyptian rice which has medium size then add the rice vinegar... hola!!! its perfect yummy sushi.
OP- I find it all in carrefoure in city center, what i am having trouble finding is the sushi rice! they only have medium to long grained rice.
If I may ask, where did you get your sushi rice?
