i am buying a few Asian cigarettes online, and i was wondering when it's shipped to qatar and it arrives at customs do i only pay for the shipping or do i also pay for cigarette use?

how much did you pay? my frend was supposed to ship my E-cigarrette order in philippines thru DHL do you think customs will ask for payment?
why don't you ask Customs. Cigarettes are taxed here, not very much but duty must be paid. Much more likely is that these cigarettes will have a local agent and you can't import them. You can bring about 400 cigarettes with you on entering Qatar. Any other attempt will lead to problems! Don't bother cigs are cheap here!
