When you call into customer service and hear.. This call may be recorded for quality and traning purposes. How come the quality never improves and most of the time you are left dissapointed without a solution?
Quality and training...
Quality: They listen to what you and the operator is saying, and how long it took.
Training: When they get new operators, they may use your voice in a demo.
If i am not wrong, it will just check "Signal to Noise Ratio" (SNR) and if it is acceptable then the call will be transfered for their attention, so the help desk operator can hear your properly. It doesn't make any difference to the one who is calling
