i need to buy an used car cost of bellow 5000 Qr.

what is procedure to buying an used car? can i buy without company NOC letter? kindly advice me.

You can buy as many used cars as you want. However, if you want to register them, you need daddy's, oops, sponsor's no objection, because you are stupid and don't know what is right or wrong, and because Qatar is one of the few countries in the world which practice modern slavery!

if you not government employ you have to get NOC letter and should go to the traffic with sellet and type forme and hand over there.
