Safest affordable SUV?

I want to buy a SUV within 150k. Prime criteria to be safety first and then luxury with driving pleasure and low maintenance. No resale value needed. Either first or second hand don't matter. but in good general condition like no need for scratch repair or dent repair if second hand. Open to all make options. Have shortlisted Audi Q7, Mercedes GL 500, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Ford explorer/edge so far. Please advise. Thankyou.

Prado is best in class for your budget. If you need more refined then go for Lexus GX series.

If u go for a new one, forget maintenance for at least 5 yrs!!
