Please help me in buying pajero 2006

Goodmorning to QL friends.

I am going to buy pajero-2006 model purchased on 4/7/2006 and milage is 112000 km. full option with sunroof.
All my QL friends are highly requested to guide me.as
1) how much should be reasonable price as per doha market?
2)How to satisfy the car condition as milage is high.
3)Resale value after 2 years. and further any advise/suggestion.
