First you have to go to police and tell the incident, then they would give you a no objection letter to repair the car.after that go to any garage in industrial area and get repaired .and take the vehicle to Technical Inspection for the pass.if passed get the seal from Traffic department there itself,go to insurance renew the policy and take those papers to Traffic department again to get new registration card.if the car registration has expired for more than 1 month then you have to pay 1500 as a penalty rest is depend on the damage of the vehicle.if your vehicle is new, 2007 and onwards then no need to go to Technical Inspection.
hope u understand........................................
If you cant afford no insurance.....then you cant afford to own a car.. simple as that..you should of had the car no insured before you had the incident, people never learn untill its tooooo late, and yes it will cost you an arm and a leg now...
