My Car Registration Permit expired almost 11 months, and now i want to renew it, i think it have a penalty, anyone can know how much the penalty? Pls help

just to ask, where should we pay the fine, at the traffic police? or at the technical inspection?
Penalty for late registration is QR500/year.
It will most likely be QR 500.
Penalty is 500 rials that was i've heard.
