Audi A6 2014 2.0 Front brake change

I m looking for a workshop to change my audi a6 front brakes as they are making sound.. I have checked with the audi dealer and he is telling me to change the brakes . My concern is my car has milage of just 22k and normally brake pads are changed at 50-60k milage. Please guide me to find garage to check my brakes and repalce them with cheap brakes as audi dealer is telling the cost around 5K QAR.
