wrong title on visa

how BIG is that problem??? what are those "LOTS"??? give us example so that we know what to do in the future... thanks

Actually it is not a big issue when you staying in one company only.BUT if you decided to transfer with other company for some reason it might be a big problem of transfering visa to another sponsor.My wife experienced the same thing, she Got Engineer Visa will in fact she is a nurse of one project. when the project completed she needs to release his sponsor and luckily transfer to the Consultant but we encountered lots of problem during transfering of Her visa,we need to secure clearance from labour dept not sure what it is, as the mandoop did the job, after couple of months the visa finally transfer to a new sponsor.

  same here, my planner and i have a plumber visa. since more then 2 years.

 not to worry, it is HR's job. and according to availibility of desire visa. be'cos

 sometimes HR or say Company need urgant visa for Civil Engrr. and visa for

 Civil qauta is finish ( Available  visa is  for Elect. Engrr.) So HR go for Urgant

 propose.

actually, it was not wrong... your company really put the title as it is and not based on your profession because they dont have visa for civil engineer but the available is for electrical. in this way, they can hire any professionals immediately other than you wait until your desired title for visa is free.

i too has an electronic engineer visa but i am a civil engineer... my colleague who is an electronic engineer but his visa is plumber..

i think visa depends on the availability also from your employer and sambs is correct, it doesn't create you a problem. you cannot change it!
