working visa and sponsorship inquiry

Good Day!

I have a question regarding the process of transferring of sponsorship. I was terminated by my company last 24th of May due to quota not being reached as I work as a telesales. They have given me a month to find a new job and as soon as I present them the offer letter from the new company, an NOC will be provided. Various companies have called me for other job opportunities but upon hearing that my visa is less than a year, they advised me that they cannot accept me because the sponsorship/working visa is fairly new.

Now my questions are:

1. May visa will be cancelled in a month, will there a possibility that the new company that will accept me can apply a new sponsorship/visa change for me?

2. Am I going to have a problem even if I'm going to be given an NOC?

3. What possible scenarios will happen for the new sponsorship change?

I'm really hoping to find a new job ASAP and I hope as well that you can help me with my inquires.

You need to complete one year on a visa for it to be transferable. Other companies can hire you by transferring your visa to their company without them having even a visa with them for you but the problem is you need to have completed one year. Now your options are 1, Find a company with a visa for you, get an NOC from your employer and get your current visa cancelled, so you can come back on the new visa without having a two year ban.

2, Try to complete one year on the same visa so it becomes transferable unless it is a project visa and you can try to get any company offering you a job and get the visa transferred to them. It is possible even if they don't have a visa for you.

If they give you NOC then I guess you can come back on a new visa with another employer. Just wait and see what other QLers who know more than I do, have to comment on your situation.
