Hi,

I just arrived to Doha for 2 weeks now.. My company is on the process of doing my Resident (Working) Visa. However I would like to know that if I resign from the current company, the new company that Im going to apply will they be able to request for another working visa for me?? Or I will get bann for working in Doha?? (How long) and If I get ban for working in Doha, can I come back as a wife visa? (Coz my husband is working here).. If I can come back as a wife visa how long I will be able to request for work permit? n if the work permit can issue after wife visa??

Thank you so much!!

If your RP is still in process & not stamped on your Passport...You can leave anytime. But your new employer would have to arrange a work visa for you. You wont have to face the two years ban in that case. You can also come back on a family visa under your husband sponsorship if he (husband) fulfills the criteria set to have a family status by the Immigration Authorities. You can start working anywhere with NOC from your husband later on.

after cancelling working visa you can come back on family visa. if you can come family visa why did you came on work visa? you can work with permission of immigration with family status. If you cancel work visa it dose not mean that you can jump to other employee it is in hand of present employer. if they stamp rp than you can not transfer or can not come back to work upto two years.
