Dear Experts ,

Im working in Qatar through Business visa since last few months.Recently my company has Issued Work visa (one time entry ) and converted to Work visa for 3 months validity in Qatar Itself (With out exit ). So far I did not attend medical /Finger prints. In the mean time I got one more better opportunity in Qatar .So I would like to Exit from Qatar with Exit permit and come back with other sponsor .

So my question is: Is it NOC required ?If I have not been processed for RP formalities from present employer .

If NOC not required , I can come back Immediately or I have to wait un till visa expiry.?

Please advice ....

Thanks

Naveen

If you knew very well what to do, why asking advice on a public forum. Should have done what to be done by yourself without asking for advice

come to the country thinking "once there I'll change to a better one , for sure". Then when facing the rules they start shouting out about human rights and all that.

As mandi said be professional, be ethical, be respectful

OMG!!!

Here lies the perfect example of why there is need for NOC.....

It simply astounds me how many people agree to come to work in Qatar and immediately start looking for another job upon arrival. No wonder employers are tearing out their hair and grimly holding on to their NOCs. A little loyalty people, a little professionalism!
