I left Qatar on year 2009 by resigning from my previous company and thru cancelled visa. Upon completion of 2 years ban I got a new offer and wanted to back to Qatar. Somehow my previous company smelled my returning and arranged work visa without my consent and holding it. Now my new company tells me that they can not get one more visa and asks me to come out clean to get the new offer!

Please help me how can I get out from this trouble? Is there way to approach Qatar immigration to explain my problem and get assistance?

No dear...You do not have any option left with you. You have to wait until your VISA expired that your previous company obtained. You do not have any option to contact immigration by email or telephone. It wont help you.

By the way, it seems that you have had serious issues with your old employer. Othewise why shud they revenge on you!!!!
