I have got a job offer from a Qatar based company. After sending my documents, the company replied that they can't assure me the work permit & they face some difficulties. For sure it is not due to my documents, but it might be due to my nationality; i am from Ethiopia. What is the immigration law to issue a work permit for Ethiopians?

I will appreciate if anyone can give me a relevant information
