Without an NOC from private Clinic (Nurse).Her husband can bring her back his wife under husband sponsorship?
I am asking this question for my friends information (For his wife).
His wife is a Nurse working under a private clinic under that clinics sponsorship.She is working there for the last 3 years.Now she want to quit the job in that clinic due to some difficulties in working there.If she cancel her visa without an NOC from that private clinic .Then her husband can bring her back in Qatar under husband sponsorship without any ban to enter Qatar?or 2 years ( 2 Years NO ENTRY) ban is applicable for her also to enter Qatar.She doesn't want to work here in future .Just wanted to stay with her husband and children.This is asked why because that private clinic will not give her an NOC to change the sponsorship under her husband now.
Please let us know your opinion or let us know who can clarify these doubts?or let us know the concerned department to get the proper information regarding the same.Thanks for your help/reply.

If she cancel her visa and go home(exit); is there any time limit to get a new visa ( husband sponsored resident visa).Whether she has to wait for 1 or 2 months like that in home country to get new resident visa?
I FORGET TO SAY THAT SHE HAS TO CANCEL HER WORK VISA BEFORE SHE LEAVING THE COUNTRY OTHERWISE HER HUSBAND CON'T ISSUE VISA SO PREPARE ALL DOCUMENT FOR FAMILY VISIT OR RESIDENT VISA AND CANCEL THE WORK VISA LEAVE THE COUNTRY AND NEXT DAY APPLY FOR FAMILY VISA THATS ALL HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THE ANSWER
THE BAN IS APPLICABLE ONLY EMPLOYMENT VISA,NOT FOR FAMILY VISAS VISIT OR RESIDENT ,AND THE THING IS THAT IF HER CLINIC FIRM IS NOT GIVING NO OBJECTION LETTER SHE HAS TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY AND WAIT FOR HER ANY FAMILY VISA WETHER VISIT OR RESIDENT NO BODY CAN STOP HER THIS IS LOW IN QATAR AS FAR AS I KONE I AM A MANDOOB
she can come back anytime under her husband sponsorship. no ban. the ban is only applicable for those who does not have noc and looking for work.
She is working in a private clinic & under their sponsorship, so she can come back only after the ban.
If she wants to work again in Qatar, then she has to get release paper from the old sponsor (Clinic). If she don't want to work, then its fine.
Actually ur right! Even if there is no NOC she can still come to Qatar under husband sponsorship i.e. if he earns the required amount. N like u said she does not want to work anymore, then there should be no problem at all.
