Within how many days wife residence visa status gets changed after submitting the application?

Hello friends,
I am an engineer from India and I have applied for my wife residence visa with my 5 months bank statement. The documents has been submitted in Madinat Khalifa Immigration on 25th Dec. MOI website status shows as Application under review. Can someone tell me within how many days the status will get changed?

the status has changed to "Application is postponed" Can some one tell me what does it mean?

I have submitted all necessary documents but still this is the status.
