I am knew to this forum. I saw my dream job in Qatar airways website. I have a burning desire to get this job and am going to apply. My doubts are

Should I to be in Qatar in a visiters visa to get preference.? In UAE visiting visa holders get preference. I am in Saudi Arabia now.
If they dicided to hire me what are the next procedures.?
Generaly how companies recruite employees in Qatar??

what I understand is , the person has to come first on visit visa, get the appointment letter, then come on employment visa. To do this, one has to be on visit visa. Right?

You can apply directly from there.. I think they dont prefer candidates on visit visa. unless they are desperate
